MTL017 Smart TFT LCD Timing Controller Production
 General Description:
The MTL017 is an image-processing chip with multi-standard TFT LCD timing controller. It integrates a scaling engine that could perform the image scaling up/down and TTL/RSDS/LVDS output driver to support a TFT-LCD panel system. The scaling engine equips with the line-buffers to do the vertical and horizontal scaling function. It has the fully programmable timing controller that could support panel display resolution from QVGA(320x240) up to WXGA(1366x768).

In TTL mode, MTL017 provides a polarity check function to inverse output data for EMI reducing, when the toggle number of RGB outputs is larger than 9.

•  Provide polarity check function to inverse output data (TTL mode only)
•  Support fail-safe function in DE mode to avoid the noise affect in V blanking interval
